Job Summary
We are hiring a Project Manager to lead high-impact energy projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project success through effective planning, resource management, and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Manage all project phases, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact budgets or timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing energy projects.
- PMP and P.Eng certifications required.
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
- Expertise in project management tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
