ERP & Data Systems Analyst
Job Summary
We are looking for an ERP & Data Systems Analyst to support data integration and systems performance on major capital projects. The successful candidate will work with cost, procurement, and planning teams to streamline workflows and ensure accurate, reliable enterprise data for reporting and project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support ERP system configuration and cross-module integration
- Lead or assist data migration and cleansing efforts from legacy tools
- Create data pipelines to connect ERP platforms with project control tools
- Develop dashboards and KPIs for cost, schedule, and risk visibility
- Act as liaison between IT, project controls, and field teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Systems, Information Technology, or related field
- 4+ years’ experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with project cost/schedule systems like EcoSys, Unifier, or P6
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and data visualization
- Data migration, integration, or database background is an asset
- PMP, CAPM, or ERP certification is considered a plus
