Digital Transformation Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to join Can Pro’s consulting team. The ideal candidate will help our clients drive technology adoption and integrate digital tools into major capital project environments. This role supports system optimization, workflow digitization, and performance insights across engineering, controls, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and adoption of digital tools (EcoSys, Smart Build, ERP, Power BI, etc.)
- Translate operational goals into digital solutions aligned with project KPIs
- Collaborate with internal and client teams on tech enablement strategies
- Conduct digital maturity assessments and recommend roadmap improvements
- Deliver training and change management support for new tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience supporting digital transformation or systems implementation on infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects
- Familiarity with EcoSys, Primavera, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms
- Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard/reporting tools
- PMP or Prosci (Change Management) certification is an asset
